FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE

ABOUT THE COMPANY:

As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the face of our company, responsible for providing excellent customer service and managing various front desk tasks. Your role will involve a combination of administrative, customer service, and organizational duties. This is a key position where you will interact with clients, handle financial transactions, and support the smooth operation of our office.

OVERVIEW OF THE FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE ROLE:

  • Schedule appointments for clients and maintain the appointment calendar.
  • Front Desk Associate processes payments accurately and provide receipts to clients.
  • Distribute completed tax returns to clients and assist with inquiries.
  • Front Desk Associate files and organizes tax documents and records efficiently.
  • Handle approximately 20 phone calls per day, directing calls to the appropriate team members.
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Front Desk Associate assists with various office tasks and projects as assigned by management.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE:

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Technologically savvy with proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is a plus.
  • Knowledge of tax-related processes or software is a bonus.
