FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE
ABOUT THE COMPANY:
As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the face of our company, responsible for providing excellent customer service and managing various front desk tasks. Your role will involve a combination of administrative, customer service, and organizational duties. This is a key position where you will interact with clients, handle financial transactions, and support the smooth operation of our office.
OVERVIEW OF THE FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE ROLE:
- Schedule appointments for clients and maintain the appointment calendar.
- Front Desk Associate processes payments accurately and provide receipts to clients.
- Distribute completed tax returns to clients and assist with inquiries.
- Front Desk Associate files and organizes tax documents and records efficiently.
- Handle approximately 20 phone calls per day, directing calls to the appropriate team members.
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Front Desk Associate assists with various office tasks and projects as assigned by management.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.

- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is a plus.
- Knowledge of tax-related processes or software is a bonus.
