Job Details

Looking for a recent or upcoming Advertising/Marketing graduate looking to get there foot in with one of the BEST ad agencies in Nashville.
Contract to hire opportunity.

You are the very first person employees and clients see when they walk through the door. This role requires strong interpersonal skills as well as a positive spirit and superb attitude. You are the most popular person in the agency because you are the liaison between it all. You keep spirits high within the office and are always lending a listening ear when needed. This is an entry-level role with room for growth within the agency.

Duties & Qualifications:
Friendly and welcoming first face that employees, clients, vendors, and guests see when they visit the agency
Assist Employee Experience Manager with planning and setting up staff functions and events, when needed
Interact with various levels of Agency leadership, as well as external clients
Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment
Attention to detail required
Great client/customer service skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Familiarity with Microsoft programs, including: Outlook, teams, Word and Excel
Interest and enthusiasm for the position and the advertising industry
Dependable attendance
