We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and motivated Consulting Freelance Associate Director, Project Management to join our team in the Marketing industry. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and dive into the details. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a variety of projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a high level of strategic thinking, creativity, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a variety of marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, coordinate internal resources, and manage stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Use project management tools such as ProofHQ and Hot Sheets to track project progress, manage changes, and communicate updates effectively.
  • Identify potential risks and issues, devise contingency plans, and take corrective action when necessary to keep projects on track.
  • Facilitate meetings, conduct reviews, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices.
  • Act as a consultant and advisor to internal teams, providing expert guidance on project management best practices and strategies.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and developments, and leverage this knowledge to inform project strategies and decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in pharma
  • Proven experience managing complex, high-stakes projects from start to finish.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including ProofHQ and Hot Sheets.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and navigate challenges effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the marketing industry and current trends, with a deep understanding of marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong work ethic and a drive for results.
  • Ability to work independently and flexibly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
