Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Consulting Finance Manager to join our Finance team. This role is instrumental in leading financial planning and analysis within our organization. You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, as well as driving cost savings and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Drive cost savings initiatives and revenue growth strategies.
• Develop and maintain financial models and KPI metrics to support strategic initiatives.
• Present financial data and insights to senior leadership to support decision-making.
• Manage headcount and operations within the finance department.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance.
• Use SQL, Python, and Java coding skills to automate financial processes and reporting.
• Utilize Netsuite for financial management and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance and FP&A.
• Experience with NetSuite
• Coding skills in SQL, Python, and Java (any coding language) are highly desirable.
