Job Details

Jobot is partnering with a growing manufacturing company to staff a position as an FP&A Manager. The FP&A Manager will be responsible for the following:

• To oversee the smooth and efficient running of the Controlling department of the US operations.
• To coordinate the Controlling month end closing processes.
• To coordinate and prepare monthly management information packs for the local management as required.
• To coordinate the preparation of monthly reporting information for submission to the Group Controlling department.
• To reconcile the actual to budget EBITDA performance on a plant level and investigate variances in detail.
• To analyze the business performance on a profit center, material group, and customer level.
• To analyze and investigate the actual vs budget spend variances on a cost center level.
• To coordinate, prepare, and analyze the quarterly rolling budgets in line with Group guidelines.
• To calculate, monitor and review standard costs of production, on a monthly basis.
• To prepare investment appraisal calculations in line with Group guidelines
• To coordinate the liquidity/cash flow forecasting on a monthly basis.
• To effectively manage, motivate and develop the Controlling department team members.
• To supervise and review the performance of team members including annual appraisals.

If you have a Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting, 5+ years of FP&A experience within the manufacturing industry, possess excellent leadership skills and have a proven track record of team management, are tech savvy and experienced in utilizing SAP software, enjoy working in a fast paced, team environment and are eager to grow than this could be an excellent opportunity for you.
