Position: FP&A
Location: South Haven, MI
Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Financial Planning & Analysis Responsibilities:

Budget Process:
- Lead the budgeting process.
- Conduct monthly tasks including vetting, data mining, and budget checks to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate closely with international plants.
- Assist in operations planning to optimize efficiency and resource allocation.

Month-End Reporting:
- Understand and analyze deviations and variances in financial performance.
- Prepare detailed reports and analysis.

Special Projects:
- Conduct reviews, completing monthly checklists to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Financial Planning & Analysis Qualifications: Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
Financial Planning & Analysis Plus:
- Experience with SAP, Hyperion, or AS400.
- Background in the automotive industry.
- Previous experience in an international company setting.
