Formulation Chemist

Develop new and improved products for Chem-Trend worldwide in order to meet customer demands in a rapid and timely manner. Provide technical support to all company departments including Sales, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Quality Control. Support Technical Sales by attending product trials at customer sites. Assist manufacturing operations in the development and implementation of new or modified production methods to improve quality and increase manufacturing consistency. Qualificationsarrow right Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field. Minimum of five years of industrial experience, including product formulation, or an advanced degree in Chemistry or related field. Working knowledge of lubricants, surface chemistry, emulsions, dispersions, coatings, and industrial processes. Wood & Paper industry knowledge a plus.
