Duties/Responsibilities:- Perform PM services on gas, LPG, diesel and electric forklifts.
- Perform safety inspections on gas, LPG, diesel and electric forklifts.
- Make minor adjustments and repairs on equipment.
- Follow assigned PM completion schedule each month.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with the customer on items found during PM
- Properly complete all paperwork.
- Demonstrate a desire and ability to take care of the customer.
Follow all safety procedures in performing work
Required Skills/Abilities:- Six to twelve months mechanical experience is preferred but not required.
- Mechanical aptitude is a must.
- Ability to frequently lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
- Supply own hand tools.
- Good communication and paperwork skills.
Education and Experience:- High School graduate or GED.
- Must have experience with diesel and/or gas engines including servicing and repairing.
- Have some Electrical experience and general knowledge of wiring including reading Diagrams, installation and repair of electrical components and circuits.
