Job Title: Forklift Operator
Location: Warren, OH
Wage: Starting at $15 per hour
Shift: Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
(Flexibility required to work overtime, weekends, and early evenings during peak periods.)
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Operate a forklift to efficiently move pallets within the warehouse.
- Accurately follow both written and verbal instructions.
- Effectively communicate with coworkers and supervisors.
- Ensure workflow efficiency by meeting production rates.
- Strictly adhere to all safety procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of previous forklift operating experience required.
- Ability to work 50 hours per week as needed.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and performing heavy lifting.
- Must provide a resume.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work conditions and environments.
