Forklift Operator

is seeking to hire a Forklift Operator for our client in San Antonio, TX.

$14.50/Hour
Shift: Mon - Fri 5 am - 130 pm
Description:
NOTE: All workers will be subjected to Temperature Monitoring prior to entering the facility
Face Covering Required at all times while at facility
Attire- Non-Logo Tee Shirt Red, Blk, or Grey- Non Log Baseball cap if applicable Proper safety footwear required (steel toe, puncture resistant sole, and provide above the ankle protection) as specifically stated below: Foot Protection
Provide ANSI Z41-compliant or local country-equivalent protective footwear

Client Safety Shoe Specification: Puncture Resistant (Kevlar bottom); Class 75 protective toe; Slip-resistant soles that meet Mark II LS-oily/wet test at .35/higher and a minimum of 6" inches or higher.
Responsible for moving product or materials in a production or warehouse environment using powered tools and vehicles

Operate industrial vehicles and equipment

Transport raw materials, full goods and/or finished goods to designated area

Load and unload designated trailers and/or route trucks

Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures

Move product and/or materials manually as required
Skills/ Requirements
High School diploma or GED preferred

0 - 3 year of general work experience required

1+ year prior warehouse/stocking/forklift experience preferred

Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment a plus

Ability to operate a manual / powered pallet jack or lift product

Demonstrated attention to detail

Forklift certification is preferred.

NOTE: STEEL TOE BOOTS REQUIRED
Safety Boots are required while conducting specific job task(s) in Production, Distribution, Warehouse and Sales operations.
All footwear MUST be a minimum of 6" high, no Low-Cut shoes should be worn
Temp Laborers don't have access to the order shoes from Lehigh
That's only for Client associates.
All footwear MUST be Puncture Resistant (Kevlar Bottom).
All footwear MUST have a Class 75 Protective Toe (Steel or Composite Toe)
All footwear MUST have slip-resistant soles that meets requirements.
