Forgerock Developer

Forgerock Technology - Primary - Java, REST API, Linux Commands, JavaScript, SQL. Must have experience in Forgerock AM, IDM, DS, IG and SQL Secondary Skills - Azure Experience Required Key Responsibilities o SRE/PSM role with support and maintenance responsibilities. o Has to work with onshore/nearshore/offshore team members for any production issue resolution. o Engage with business stakeholders and customers on regular basis. o Participate on recurring & ad-hoc business meetings. o Engagement in Knowledge Transfer sessions with Dev Teams and Business partners during the design and development phases of new applications, or added features/functionality to existing applications to enhance the resiliency of said application. o Provide application support during off hours and weekends when required. o Use application and infrastructure monitors to ensure production systems stability. o Engage on escalation calls for owning application issues. o Do review, analysis & coding changes implementation on production issue ticket. o Do collaborative work with application dev teams. o Follow release process for any code changes. o Identify automation / process improvements on existing systems and implement the changes. o Triage and escalate issues to the correct Site Reliability Engineering team. o Participate in weekly and monthly meetings.
