Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Foreman, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule and to the highest standards.
• Leading, supervising, and motivating a team of construction workers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Coordinating with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met.
• Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards, conducting regular site inspections and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Managing resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Resolving on-site issues and conflicts, making critical decisions quickly and effectively.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Permanent Foreman position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a foreman in the construction industry.
• Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, tools, and equipment.
