Core One is seeking a Foreign Disclosure Representative to support the program. This position requires an active TS clearance with eligibility for a TS/SCI. This position is contingent upon contract award. A Foreign Disclosure Representative shall provide FD Subject Matter Expertise to the HQ AFSOC, J2 FOO Office in accordance with applicable national directives. Roles & Responsibilities: Perform action officer-level tasks for foreign visit requests, foreign disclosure training, and provide foreign disclosure/technology security review of technology, Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs), and operational/intelligence products across CAT 1-8 areas in accordance with National Disclosure Policy One (NDP-1). Conduct analysis and facilitate release requests for Classified Military Information (CMI) and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) to support U.S. Government information and intelligence sharing requirements. Execute Foreign Disclosure Representative (FDR) duties in accordance with National Disclosure Policy One (NDP-1), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and USSOCOM policies. Collaborate with government individuals responsible for foreign disclosure, technology transfer, and export control. Operate designated foreign disclosure database/management systems (e.g., Foreign Disclosure Management System, iDisclose, etc.) to log and provide foreign disclosure review and recommendations from varied sources, as directed by the Government. Requirements: Hold DIA Foreign Disclosure certification and have completed the Exchange course. Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience working with Foreign Disclosure functions, specializing in intelligence operations, cyber, or acquisition functions. Maintain a current Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility. Core One is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
