Job Title: Foreclosure Title Review Processor
Location: North Phoenix, AZ
Pay: $19-21/hourly
Duties and responsibilities:

Title report and endorsement reviews

Obtain and analyze various legal documents, including deeds, mortgages & judgements
-
Entering data and review of information in vendor software
-
Skills needed for mortgage documents, computer proficiency, and problem-solving
Ideal Candidate:

Mortgage industry experience
-
Typing speed of 50 wpm
-
Background in mortgage industry, foreclosure, escrow, and title experience
On-boarding Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

Criminal Background & Drug Screening

2 verifiable employment references
