DTB - R&D Product Development Specialist
This is an ITQ Dynamic Talent, 1300 hour track position. Seeking flexible, part-time talent with product development experience, ideally in human or pet food consumer packaged goods. The first assignment will be with one of our Co-Founder Innovation teams supporting product development and small scale production for new product offerings and will be 20-25 hours/wk for 6-12+ months. At the conclusion of this first assignment, talent will be offered additional part-time, flexible assignments as they are available. Hours will be flexible from week to week, and will not exceed 1300 hours annually. Positions on the Dynamic Talent Bench are intended to be open-ended, so there is no true end date. Contracts will be extended as long as success in assignments is achieved. Candidates must reside in or within daily commuting distance of the Minneapolis/St. Paul area as this is an on-site role at the James Ford Bell Technical Center. Personal or agency provided technology will be used for this position.
