Job Description: The Food Service Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food service operations in a senior living facility. This includes managing the kitchen staff, ordering and financial management, ensuring food quality and safety, and providing excellent customer service to residents and guests. The ideal candidate will have strong FOH/BOH experience, be customer service driven, and have a background in senior living. The Food Service Director will also be a working manager, working 1-2 shifts per week, and must be available for occasional weekends and holidays.
