What you'll do:

As a Food and Beverage Team Member, you'll help to prepare and serve only the very best made-to-order selections using locally sourced, craft products. While doing so you will:
Prepare food of consistent quality: You will work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager and other Food and Beverage team members to remain familiar with menu items, complete prep work, and ensure proper cooking times consistently.
Assist in ensuring excellent guest service: You will need to put in the extra effort to ensure that every aspect of an RLM visit exceeds the guest expectation of being treated quickly, fairly, and courteously.
Maintain quality brand and image standards: Ensure all merchandise is stocked and displays are attractive, priced correctly, and displayed in a safe manner. Understand brand imaging and standards as well as how to monitor inventory levels to maximize profits.
Prioritize Cleanliness and Safety: You must help ensure that all food safety and sanitation regulations are being met and maintained. Our entire team strives to deliver on RLMs' uncompromising standards of cleanliness and the safety of our surroundings- inside and out.

We're looking for someone who is:
Experienced. We need a Food and Beverage Team Member who has handled similar work. You might be a fit if you've held titles such as: Line Cook, Prep Cook, Kitchen Team Member, Kitchen Assistant, Chef, or Grill Cook.
Knowledgeable. You should have experience in the kitchen. A high school diploma or GED is required. A bonus would be experience in a retail environment or having your ServSafe Certification (not required).
Highly organized and detail oriented. This position requires exceptional organizational and time management skills. You should be able to manage deadlines and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Careful planning and attention to detail are crucial. You will need to adhere to established daily operating procedures to ensure the kitchen is clean, adequately stocked, organized, and well kept.
Welcoming and Positive. As a Food and Beverage Team Member, you should have excellent communication skills as well as strong interpersonal team member skills. You will need a welcoming, positive, upbeat, and guest-focused attitude.

Other Details:

Required: Physically must be able to squat, bend, and turn as needed, lift 25 pounds, and stand for long periods of time. Must be available to work nights and weekends when necessary.
