This is a 1st shift position. Pay Scale: (Based off Experience)
$18-$30 + OT and Benefits - Relocation paid for if needed A Folding Carton manufacturer is seeking Folder/Gluer Operators to work in our location producing Folding Carton printing.
This position reports directly to the Converting Manager. The Gluer Operator will be responsible for operating a folder/gluer efficiently and with good quality.
Company makes cartons for food and beverage, industrial, pharmaceutical packaging and other essential businesses. They are expanding due to demand and adding an extra shift and equipment as well as replacing people retiring from the company this summer.
The company is essential and has NOT shut down and has NOT laid off any employee and will not.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete press make-readies
- Producing cut sheets with quality.
- knowledge of Leary Gluing Systems
- Inspecting for quality
- Maintaining a neat and orderly work area
- Completing preventative maintenance
Experience:
1 plus years of experience as a Gluer Operator OR knowledge in the operation of a
- Bobst Media OR Alpina OR Domino 90, 110, 136, 143
- Jagenberg Diana
- International Royal
