Job Summary:

KP is looking for a Folder Supervisor (2nd Shift) in our brand new Riverton facility.

Work Schedule: The 2nd Shift schedule is 6:00 pm - 6:00 am Monday through every other Thursday.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Directly supervises staff and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
  • Plans and establishes work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals.
  • Actively participates in daily Operations meeting to understand customer workflow and job requirements.
  • Works closely with Production Control to understand workflow priorities and requirements.
  • Operates and observes machines to detect malfunctions throughout the production run and ensures operation of machines by calling for repairs, if needed.
  • Maintains and updates maintenance records.
  • Ensures the team members have adequate materials, tools and supplies.
  • Train team members to ensure compliance with company policies, SOP's and safety and quality procedures.
  • Assists the VP of Facility in decision-making process of personnel issues.
  • Other duties as assigned or requested.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years related experience understanding and working with Digital Imaging, Bindery, Mail and/or finishing machines; and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of basic color and print experience.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Strong verbal, written and listening skills; ability to read, understand and follow SOPS's,
  • Cleary communicates detailed instructions.
  • Handles multiple projects simultaneously and uses self-management skills to plan organize and prioritize work activities to use time efficiently.
  • Reviews all work carefully for completeness and accuracy.
  • Identifies the problem in a timely manner with possible solution.
  • Ability to lead and work in team environment; helps and supports all employees in their work; shares expertise with others.
  • Good interpersonal skills to get along with employees and work effectively with others.

Compensation details: 23-29 Hourly Wage
