We are looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide Primary and Urgent Care services to the above patient population. Outpatient clinic is open Monday thru Friday from 9 to 9. Expectation is to work any day in clinic. On-call may be a requirement.
Pay is $100/hour as an Independent Contractor.

The duties of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Managing participant's overall care
- Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, HIV, Seizures, infections, and injuries
- Prescribing medications and other treatments such as wound care or ectoparasite treatment
- Educating participants on disease prevention and positive health and lifestyle choices
- Review of all Health Assessments and determination of further treatment needed if applicable
- To the extent the County requests, the Advanced Level Practitioner can order and interpret diagnostic tests such as lab work and x-rays
- Oregon Nurse Practitioner unrestricted license
- Two years of current experience in a primary care, ER or Urgent care setting
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS)
