FMS Case Manager WaveLink Overview: WaveLink, Inc. (WLI) is an expanding, woman-owned small business based in Huntsville, Alabama, providing systems integration, aviation engineering, systems/software engineering, acquisition management, and cybersecurity expertise to the U.S. Army, Air Force, and Navy. WLI currently has a position available for: Job Description: Support development and management of foreign military sales (FMS) cases for Army Aviation Project Office. Responsible for developing pricing analysis sheets (PAS), inputs for FMS case actions (Pricing and Availabilities (P&As), Letters of Acceptance (LOAs), Amendments, Modifications, etc.). Prepare manpower and travel date sheets (MTDSs); provide support to SAMD International Program Managers (IPMs); monitor FMS cases to include Basic, Amendments, modifications, inclusive of fielding equipment, training, or other services related to FMS within the confines of governing regulations and the Arms Export Control Act (AECA). Support CONUS and OCONUS Program Management Reviews (PMRs), trainings, Working Level Meetings (WLMs) and recurring internal meetings. Other duties as required. Required Education and Experience: High school diploma and twelve years of experience or college diploma & eight years
5 years minimum of relevant experience Familiarity with Foreign Military Sales, to include: case writing and execution; developing PAS in IMPART in support of case line-item pricing for various country specific LORs LOAs, P&As, MTDS for DSAMS input
Working knowledge of FMS governing regulations and the Arms Export Control Act (AECA)
Experience with Aviation Ground Support Equipment (AGSE) portfolio or Aviation Mission Planning System (AMPS) preferred but not required. Required Skills: Working knowledge of Army Acquisition processes and lifecycle management
Working knowledge of contract process including ability to provide input for the development of SOWs and review CDRL deliveries
Working knowledge of monitoring FMS case funds for execution and expiration
Ability to support procurement planning/forecasting to help determine demand for AMPS and other Aviation Mission Equipment
