Job Details

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry, specifically in flooring estimation.
2. Strong proficiency in using estimation software such as Measure Square, Procore, and Bluebeam.
3. Demonstrated experience in commercial print take-offs and blueprint analysis.
4. Excellent numerical skills and the ability to prepare accurate estimates.
5. Solid understanding of the preconstruction process and the ability to work effectively within a team.
6. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
7. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
