The Loft of Normal is seeking a full-time Floor Technician to join our team. The Loft is a family-owned and operated company, and the quality of patient care is our top priority. This position requires someone with Floor Technician experience, preferably in a long-term care setting. The Floor Technician will perform the day-to-day maintenance of the floors in the facility, including ancillary areas. In addition, the floor technician will be responsible for refinishing and maintaining vinyl flooring, maintaining ceramic tile floors, and cleaning carpeted areas. The Floor Technician may be assigned additional duties, including cleaning patient areas and custodial duties.
