Floor Technician

Warm Hearth Village is seeking a Full Time Floor Technician for the Kroontje Health Care Center. Shifts are flexible with 40 hours per week. Starting wage per hour is competitive and negotiable with years of experience. Duties Include: Sweep and mop floors. Assist with striping, buffing, and waxing surfaces. Clean or shampoo carpets Perform light window and wall cleaning duties. Maintain equipment and supplies. Follow workplace safety standards. Preferences: High school diploma or GED certificate preferred. Prior cleaning or janitorial experience required. Valid driver's license Physical stamina Attention to detail.
