Position at SBM Management SBM Management is searching for a Floor Technician. that can make the floors sparkle and shine. We are hiring a Floor Technician that has experience ensuring customers have clean and orderly commercial or office space. Professional communication with the customers to make sure their expectations are met is essential.
Responsibilities
- Vacuuming
- Mopping
- Bonneting
- Extraction (wet/dry)
- Strip & wax floor
- Polish floors
- Carpet spot removal
- Transport equipment, tools and supplies
- Move furniture before/after clean
- Communicate changes, progress or problem areas
Qualifications
- 1+ year Floor Tech experience required
- Experience in the janitorial industry required,
- Must be able to pass drug test and background check
Shift:
Sun - Wed 6:00am - 4:30pm
Sun - Wed 6:00pm - 4:30am
Wed - Sat 6:00pm - 4:30am
Compensation: $16.80 per hour
