Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Work as a team member with the nurses and nurse aides.
- Understanding of the behavior and needs of elderly people.
- Ability to communicate effectively to the residents, families, visitors and staff.
- Accuracy in documentation is essential.
Qualifications:
- Must have New York RN license
- Must have Long Term Care experience
