They specialize in Joint Replacement, Cardiology, Cancer Care, and Maternal Infant Care. This facility has the latest, up to date technology and a highly trained medical and nursing staff.
The Float Pool RN will be providing care for patients in all nursing units within the hospital. They will assess, coordinate and prioritize all patient treatments and be in communication with the entire care team as needed. They will also be responsible for ensuring that quality care is maintained. The Float RN will report to the Nurse Managers of the departments they are assigned to work.
The Float Pool Registered Staff Nurse should be a strong clinical nurse that has previous hospital inpatient critical care, stepdown, telemetry, and medical surgical experience. They will serve as the advocate for patients and provide opportunities for success resulting in successful outcomes. The Registered Nurse should be a graduate of an accredited nursing school, licensed in the state of Colorado and BLS Certified.
