Location: Multiple Cities in a Regional Assignment

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, Rotating Weekend - Every 6th Weekend

The Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant is primarily responsible for helping with personal care needs including baths, medication administration, back rubs, oral hygiene, shampoos and changing bed linen as often as assigned.

Qualifications:

Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on the State Registry
Must have 3 years of experience as a CNA, hospice preferred
At least 18 years of age.
Must have Driver's License.
Understands hospice philosophy, comfortable providing specialized care to the terminally ill.
Is self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision. Secure with issues of death/dying. Provides a calm manner when in a patient's home.
Must pass a MVR check based on Lifespark company policy
