Certified Nursing Assistant/CNA, Pool, Milwaukee, WI ($200 Sign-On Bonus Available) Community Care is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants/CNAs who are committed to teamwork and providing great care to become a part of our compassionate caregiving team. This is a pool opportunity on all shifts, providing coverage across all Community Care sites. Certified Nursing Assistant/CNA Job Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the assigned supervisor/manager is responsible for providing various care services necessary for attending to the personal needs, support and health status of Community Care program members. Completes all orientation and onboarding requirements per established timelines. Attends mandatory trainings as assigned. Requires travel to various sites as needed. Certified Nursing Assistant/CNA Job Requirements: Education: High School diploma or GED preferred Licensure: A current Wisconsin certification as a Nursing Assistant in good standing required Experience: Six months of experience providing personal care services for elderly or adults with disabilities in a group home, assisted living or long-term care environment and experience working with individuals with dementia. Certified Nursing Assistant/CNA Job Schedule: Tier 1: Minimum of 2 shifts per month, 1 of which is a weekend day. If no weekend day available, 2 week day shifts required. 1 major holiday each year required. Tier 2: Minimum of 4 shifts per month, 2 of which is a weekend day. If no weekend day available, 4 week day shifts required. 2 holidays per year, 1 major and 1 minor.
