Avera St Mary's Named Top 20 Rural Community Hospital Job Summary Under the direction of the Director of Nursing the RN is responsible for the planning and coordination of direct resident care services. Serves as a core member of the interdisciplinary client care team. Has the necessary authority to assess, plan, evaluate and teach in patient situations. Carries out administrative responsibilities as delegated by Director of Nursing. Education and/or Experience Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, Associates at minimum. Associates Degree is required. Bachelor's Degree is preferred. 3-5 years experience is required. Licensure/Certification/Registration Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure Basic Life Support (BLS) is required. Work Schedule Day/Night shifts; PRN 6:00 am - 6:30 pm or 6:00 pm - 6:30 am 6 weekend shifts per year Pay The hourly range for this position is listed below.
