We have an exciting opportunity to join us in supporting one of our valued customers as aFleet Support Logistics Analyst to work out of Arlington, VA. Essential Duties: Serve as a member of the N4L Resource Sponsor team and manage the flow of appropriate programmatic and funding information and provide solutions to efficiently utilize resources.
Collect, maintain, and analyze metrics related to port visit costs, task order generation/awards, payment timelines, port visit workloads, and other audit Inspector General audit remediation data.
Coordinate logistics for monthly HSP working group governance meetings, as well as lead briefings for senior level HSP governance boards.
Maintain list of Husbanding Service Provider (HSP) Program subject matter experts for use by the Navy Inspector General during Command Inspections and Area Assessments.
Coordinate with Echelon II subject matter experts to provide expertise on HSP to the Navy Inspector General.
Coordinate regular meetings with Echelon II subject matter experts across the world.
Perform analysis to justify requested resources. Collect, analyze, and report on unit assignment of FADs.
Process FAD requests from lower echelon commands and provide support to N4L's membership of the Joint Materiel and Priority Allocation Board.
Participate in OCS working groups and coordinate remediation actions to programmatic issues as identified by the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD).
As one of the Navy's LOGTECH program course managers: coordinate application submissions with OSD counterparts, issue annual call for applications, and, in conjunction with government course managers, review and adjudicate applications for LOGTECH course offerings.
Coordinate logistics and scheduling of MWR/NEX BOD Audit Committee meetings, as well as coordinate inputs to briefing materials with lower echelon commands.
Draft strategic and tactical planning documents.
Develop briefing materials and presentations.
Develop, revise, and maintain schedules.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications: Ability to coordinate and track numerous efforts simultaneously.
Ability to translate data into meaningful presentations and decision briefs for senior leadership.
Strong written, verbal communication skills; attention to detail; ability to work independently, and ability to multi-task.
Ability to meet and exceed expectations and deadlines.
Direct client support experience (on-site support a plus).
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Navy organizational structure.
Prior experience gathering and analyzing metrics.
Experience gathering, analyzing, and articulating high-level business capabilities and requirements
Education/ Certification: Bachelor's Degree with 6 months to 1 year relevant work experience.
