Fisnit Analyst with Security Clearance

We're seeking a skilled FISINT Analyst for a unique, tailored mission.
• Leverage specialized technical experience and signals analysis processes to help collect and analyze complex data.
• Derive sense-making from SIGINT and non-SIGINT data to help drive operations against the most challenging mission requirements.
• Work with a high performing team against the most challenging technical efforts to grow and develop new expertise and share methodologies with other analysts.

OPERATING HOURS AND EXPECTATIONS:
• This position operates on a standard 8 hour schedule Monday - Friday. TRAVEL:
• Little to no travel is expected. CLEARANCE:
• Active Top Secret / SCI clearance with CI polygraph TS/SCI required upon application for initial consideration.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• 6+ years of experience with signal analysis.
• Experience with Foreign Instrumentation Signals Intelligence (FISINT) technical analysis required.
• Experience with developing accurate signal chronologies and determine relationships between related signals required.
• Must have knowledge of databases to use for baseline research of platforms of interest.
• Must be able to characterize various communication technologies using signals analysis tools including but not limited to knowledge of M2Extra, XMIDAS, DVT, WVT.
• Must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment. DESIRED SKILLS:

• Experience with evaluating and improving tools for collection, analysis, and processing.
• Experience with implementing new signal processing and exploitation techniques in Python or C .
• Knowledge of processes and tools related to technical FISINT and other technical SIGINT disciplines.
• Knowledge of client requirements and oversight policies.
• Ability to provide briefing and training on in-depth FISINT analysis and collection.
• Ability to evaluate system inaccuracies and enable system accuracy improvements.
• Extensive knowledge of Aspen.
• Graduate of 3810, 4810, 450, 451, or other signals analysis courses.
