First Responder/Ambulance Driver

Able Medical Transportation is looking for ambulance drivers/assistants. We will train the right candidates.
You will need CPR training, oxygen training, C.E.V.O . - Coaching the Emergency Vehicle Operator training,as well as stretcher handling, lifting and moving of patients, and on the ambulance training as a third person with two seasoned EMTs.
Bloodborne pathogens and Personal Protective Equipment (P.P.E. ) training will also be required for your safety and the safety of others. Sanitation and disinfecting procedures will be in place.
We will also train you to be a wheelchair driver, which is called an M.A.V.O. , Mobility Assistance Vehicle Operator. You will be required to fill in on the wheelchair units or ambulances, depending on which is busier that day. or shift.

This is an entry level pathway into healthcare and we will pay for the right candidates to go through EMT training if they so desire and meet our criteria.
Prehire drug testing, random drug testing, criminal background checks, fingerprinting, valid drivers license with 4 points or less, no recent driver license suspensions.
