Learn more about our company and its history at Our talented Service Technicians lead their assigned job, perform fire sprinkler systems repairs, add/relocates, and tenant improvements/changes. We seek self-motivated, customer service-oriented team members who can lead others in inspecting fire protection systems. Must possess ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. This important position will establish a rapport and build positive relationships with our customers, contractors on job sites, and our team members. He/she will direct the activities of their assigned Helper and train him/her on the proper way to service fire sprinkler systems. This position may also perform installations of new fire sprinkler systems. All work must be performed accurately and timely. He/she develops a strong relationship with the customer to exceed all their expectations and ensure a quality, timely installation is achieved. Travel within the local community is required Qualifications To be hired at WAFS as a Service Technician, you must possess 3+ years of fire sprinkler service experience including system installation, repairs, add/relocates, troubleshooting, reading blueprints, putting systems on test, and more. We also require the ability to supervise each project and all Fitters/Helpers working on the jobsite.
