Job Details

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of all departments to ensure quality service to clients and our diverse construction partners.
  • Lead and support all departments within the branch.
  • Work with teams to ensure operational efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of jobs.
  • Develop and maintain new and existing customer relationships.
  • Develop and lead a successful sales team for new construction, tenant improvements and service sales within branch and assigned territories.
  • Develop and lead a successful operations team for design, installation, and service.
  • Evaluate employee performance using objective, measurable criteria, and provide on-going effective coaching and counseling to employees to

achieve optimum performance.
  • Ensure a safe working environment for all employees through weekly safety meetings, site visits and ongoing safety training.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual goals for growth, revenue, cost control and profit.
  • Manage billings and collections.
  • Manage P&L, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Review pre-qualifications, bid opportunities, booking packages and contract agreements.
  • Opening and closing of the office.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong communication & customer service skills.
  • Team oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to lead, manage & coach multiple team members & responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Ability to multi-task & make quick decisions under pressure.
  • Ability to recognize, prioritize & solve problems efficiently.
  • Ability to interact with senior management, external client organizations and vendors.
  • Must be quality minded and self-motivated.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong P&L understanding and management skills.
  • Must have fluent computer skills with proficiency in writing emails and in Microsoft Office software.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong Fire Protection knowledge of sales/estimating, operations, project management, service, inspections, and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of fire sprinkler and fire alarm industry codes and best practices.
