Education/Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years fire alarm industry experience is required, preferrable across the installation, service and test inspection disciplines.
  • Prior management experience required.

Summary:

The Fire Alarm Division Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the fire alarm division. This role entails managing the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm systems. The Manager will ensure timely and cost-effective completion of all projects, while also overseeing a team of technicians to guarantee their training and certification. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising the fire alarm division's activities.
  • Managing installation, maintenance, and repair tasks for fire alarm systems.
  • Ensuring projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
  • Leading a team of technicians to maintain project timelines and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
  • Ensuring technicians receive appropriate training and certifications.
  • Providing quotations as required.
  • Assisting with technical inquiries and scheduling service requests.
  • Prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Cultivating positive relationships with customers to meet their needs.
