Financial Systems Analyst with Security Clearance

We are seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to join our growing team. Requirements Responsibilities: Analyze and evaluate business and technical processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
Collect and analyze financial data to support decision-making processes and ensure accuracy.
Develop and maintain financial reports to track schedule and cost performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and implement effective database structures.
Assist in the development and maintenance of financial systems, tools, and databases as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, policies, and procedures.
Provide recommendations for process improvements and participate in their implementation.
Support the preparation and presentation of financial briefings and reports to management and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Requirements: Interim Secret or Secret clearance is required
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting and minimum of three (3) years of experience in a related field, involving financial management, financial reports, and cost performance tracking using relevant tools and databases.
Working knowledge of the Naval Sea System Command, Naval Surface Warfare Center, and Fleet organizations is desired.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Proficient in using financial management tools and software applications.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings and recommendations effectively.
