Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of business and financial systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, systems architecture, and workflows.
- Provide expertise in the configuration, customization, and integration of financial systems.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Lead and participate in global projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery of solutions.
- Support the development and implementation of new financial systems and enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in the financial services industry.
- Proven experience working with Big 4 consulting firms (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG).
- Strong understanding of financial systems, including ERP, CRM, and data analytics platforms.
- Experience in global international enterprises, with an ability to manage and deliver projects across multiple regions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and on-site work.
