Job Description Job Description As a Financial Service Representative at Earthmover Credit Union, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members. You'll be the first point of contact for members, helping them with their financial needs and answering any questions they may have. You will play a pivotal role in the success of ECU and have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our members' lives.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to all members
  • Process transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers
  • Educate members on our products and services
  • Open new accounts and assist with loan applications
  • Balance cash drawer daily
  • Resolve member inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Follow proper procedures and protocols to ensure security of member information and funds
  • Assist with other duties as assigned
Schedule/Location:
  • Available Monday thru Friday 8:45 to 5 (at times 6).
  • Available Saturday's 7:45 am to 1 pm
  • Willing to work at any of our 5 locations (Oswego, North Aurora, Yorkville, Aurora and Montgomery)

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Ability to certify for a notary within 12 months
  • Previous credit union or banking experience preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations tactfully
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Cash Handling skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
