POSITION: FINANCIAL REPORTING ACCOUNTANT

Duties/Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing quarterly (10-Q), annual (10-K), and current reports (8-K, Proxy Statements)
- Enhance reporting systems for accurate and efficient financial output.
- Collaborate with departments to gather data, prepare disclosures, and complete checklists.
- Conduct technical accounting research and document new policies.
- Implement and maintain iXBRL tagging on filings.
- Prepare PBC deliverables for auditors, SEC counsel, and legal advisors.
- Manage stock administration, ensuring equity data integrity and accurate reporting.
- Assist in ASC 718 stock-based compensation and ASC 842 lease accounting and reporting.
- Support special projects and statutory filings.
- Improve processes and ensure SOX compliance.
Education and Experience
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university with an emphasis in accounting and a CPA (candidate), is required.
- Prior progressive accounting experience is a plus.
- A proactive approach to problem identification and remediation solutions, and excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to interact and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently, complete work timely, and work well as a team member.
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills
- Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment.

Compensation
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience, ranging from $55,000 to $75,000 per year.
