Summary This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Duties You will administer, evaluate, monitor, or coordinate programs on the use, procurement, transfer, destruction or other disposal of excess govt assets. You will serve as an Accountable Property Officer, conduct and update inventories, maintain accurate reports, provide/complete trainings, and ensure compliance with all internal and external applicable regulations. You will perform duties in various govt and financial software systems i.e. Navy-ERP, DPAS, DLA/DRMO, DTS, GSA leasing, and Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), related to budget, finance, and/or asset management as needed. You will interface with internal and external customers on a daily basis, ensure attention to detail in all communications as well as on programmatic and financial documentation. Requirements Conditions of Employment Must be a US Citizen. Must be determined suitable for federal employment. Must participate in the direct deposit pay program. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal. This is a bargaining unit position. This is a Financial Management Level 1 certified position per the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012, Section 1599d. You must achieve this level within prescribed timelines. Certification requirements are in DoD Instruction 1300.26. You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases. This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time. Qualifications FOR THE GS 11:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following 1) Identifies, analyzes, and resolves a range of budgetary problems in order to develop alternative methods of funding; 2) Handles formulation of budget estimates for programs where funding requirements have changed significantly; 3) Interprets historical financial data in order to determine appropriate courses of actions; and 4) Completes reports via Microsoft Excel and various financial management systems of particularly complex formulas and pivot tables to outline inventory status updates, discrepancies, and resolution status. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Advises on functions of formulation of budget and estimates to support plans, programs, and activities; 2) Assists in formulation of reimbursable budget and cost estimates based upon historical data; 3) Establishes and maintains accountable property and financial records; and 4) Maintains monthly report records for audit purposes utilizing Microsoft Excel and financial management systems. 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree

2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
