Financial Investigator

Our client is a well-funded Blockchain Intelligence company that has set out on a mission to build safer financial systems for millions of people. They believe risk management and a safe, secure infrastructure is paramount. Billions of consumers are coming into this new financial system and there is a pressing need for new software and next-gen solutions to mitigate cybersecurity breaches and prevent fraud. They have a clear vision, a multi-decade strategy for growth and have never lost a customer to a competitor - they are truly mavericks in the burgeoning crypto security sector. They are a REMOTE-FIRST company, with hubs in DC, CA and London. Their federal customers are within 1 hour of the DC metro area, and cleared engineers are only required to go onsite for deployments. Successful candidates will have: - Experience as a financial investigator or analyst - Experience structuring problems and identifying the most critical issues to prioritize. - Exceptional attention to detail. - Expertise in briefing senior leaders and ability to communicate complex ideas for both technical and non-technical audiences. - Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities change quickly. - Knowledge/experience with blockchain or cryptocurrency are a must. US Citizenship and an active TS/SCI + FS Poly are required for consideration. Work will be hybrid remote (50/50) with periodic travel to onsite locations in the DC metro area. Salary for this role is up to $185K for highly qualified candidates.
