Financial Controller

A&D Mortgage is a Florida-based Nationwide Mortgage Lender providing successful residential and commercial loans for over 20 years. With a team of 200+ employees across the United States, we represent our A service in 40+ states.

We are seeking a Financial Controller who will be responsible for managing and analyzing financial data, supervising accounting functions, and developing financial growth plans.

YOU'RE GOING TO

• Analyze financial data, manage financial transactions, and prepare financial and income reports;

• Monitor internal controls and audit processes to ensure compliance with company policy and regulations;

• Participate in budgeting processes, optimize accounting functions and operations, and develop financial growth plans;

• Assess and manage risks to ensure financial stability and growth;

• Supervise departmental workflow, conduct employee evaluations and interviews; hire and train new employees per company policy.

IT'S IMPORTANT TO US THAT YOU HAVE

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance;

• A Certified Public Accountant degree (preferred);

• Proven experience in financial management.
