Financial Billing Analyst III

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Hybrid Financial Billing Analyst III job opportunity located in Austin, TX 78729 zip code.

Shift: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm (Tue - Thurs in office & Mon, Fri Remote)
Length: 6 months (temp - hire)
Pay Rate: $ 60.71/HR

Responsibilities:

• We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Financial Analyst.

• The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced Excel skills, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Responsible for the annual financial business planning and forecasting and will work with cross-functional teams to achieve the division's financial objectives.

• Team with cross-functional members to develop a financially sound business plan.

• Manage operating expenses and headcount to budget and understand/communicate the key drivers to y/y and q/q growth.

• Develop well thought out forecasts and variance analyses.

• Produce timely and relevant reports and analyses to help senior management make well-informed decisions.

• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting and business commentary for Sales FP&A.

• Continuously improve processes.

• Other ad-hoc analyses.

• Responsible for billing/invoicing and reconciliation activities related to our partners across the Wallet platform.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

• Strong finance knowledge in the areas of billing, invoicing, and foreign currency.

• Routine cross-functional team engagement and influencing (e.g., Finance, Global Business Systems, Tax/Treasury, Legal, Business Development) and external partner engagement.

• Strong ability to develop and foster relationships across many functions to accomplish goals.

• Ability to challenge status quo and identify the best possible outcome for customers and partners.

• Comfortable working in a global rapidly evolving business environment.

• Skills: MacOS & iOS
