Financial Analyst with Security Clearance

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide supervision for a small team of Budget Analysts.
Provide oversight for the quality and timely delivery of financial products and services such as budgets, financial analysis, execution of financial transactions, research, and preparation of reports and presentations.
Routinely collaborate with the customer to prioritize work, remedy issues, and implement process improvements. Travel This position includes a low level of travel. Education, Knowledge, Experience, Skills and Abilities Required Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business-related field.
Three years related experience, with at least two years of experience in two or more of the following: budget formulation, budget execution, financial analysis, financial and accounting transactions, preparing reports by researching and gathering data.
Experience in applying Navy and/or Federal Financial Management Regulations, general accounting principles, and analytical and communication skills.
Two years of experience with business software, Navy ERP and/or SAP applications are preferred.
Two years of experience in word processing, spreadsheet development, financial analysis, data collection, data call preparation, report processing, brief/presentation preparation, monitor milestone schedules, and collecting funding requirements and formulating into a Budget Submission.
Three years of experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, etc.). Qualifications Active DoD Secret security clearance highly desired, however candidates who are eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance will be considered. If the selected candidate does not hold an active clearance, he/she will receive a contingent offer. A start date will be established once an interim Secret clearance is granted.
U.S. citizenship required.
Must have reliable transportation to and from various work locations on base. Physical Requirements Ability to frequently traverse stairs.
Sitting for long periods of time, standing, walking, crouching, and kneeling.
Reaching, handling, using equipment, keyboards, and mobile devices.
Ability to lift items weighing up to 20 lbs.
