We seek an experienced, self-starting Financial Analystto serve as a part of the Company's corporate staff. The Financial Analyst will perform financial tracking, reporting, and presentations of data for all programs and projects within ACI's portfolio. The position is a full-time, exempt position reporting to the Director of Finance . Duties and Responsibilities: Support the development of annual operating plans and monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets including reoccurring reviews and maintenance in Unanet. Perform financial analysis and reporting for all projects including: Funding status reports, travel spend, subcontractor funds tracking, funding limitations, project financial monthly status reporting, funding requests, and monitor purchase order balances. Maintain accurate projects dashboards. Monitors progress of program requirements. Monitors cost performance against plans to ensure contractual cost obligations are met. Conduct, hiring and salary range support to programs and Human Resources . Develop and track project performance metrics and graphics for internal and external reporting. Perform proposal pricing analysis and reviews. Perform other related duties as assigned. In addition, this individual will interact with people, computers, and business systems in an effective manner. Required Qualifications: BA/BS in Accounting , Finance, Business, or other related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 1-2 years of financial experience, Government contracting preferred. General knowledge of financial and cost accounting. Experience performing variance analysis and reporting, preferred experience with advanced automations such as Power BI or Tableau. Demonstrated working knowledge of MS excel, with experience with advanced excel functionality. Experience with Unanet or equivalent Financial Management Systems preferred. Eligible to receive a Secret Clearance.
