Responsibilities:

1. Conduct detailed financial analysis and interpret financial data to provide insights on business performance and trends.
2. Leverage your knowledge of Commercial Real Estate to drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
3. Utilize your expertise in Data Analysis to identify business opportunities and risks, and provide recommendations to enhance profitability and efficiency.
4. Perform Cost Benefit Analysis to support investment decisions and project evaluations.
5. Prepare comprehensive Financial Reports for senior management, highlighting key business metrics and financial trends.
6. Proficiently use yardi systems software, Argus Enterprise, and Microsoft Excel to automate financial processes, enhance data accuracy, and improve reporting efficiency.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data is available for strategic planning and decision-making processes.
8. Continuously monitor and evaluate the financial performance of commercial real estate properties to identify potential risks and opportunities.
9. Develop and maintain financial models to support investment decisions and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate or related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a Financial Analyst role with a focus on Commercial Real Estate.
3. Demonstrated experience in Financial Analysis, Data Analysis, Cost Benefit Analysis, and Financial Reporting.
4. Proficiency in yardi systems software, Argus Enterprise, and Microsoft Excel is a must.
5. Strong understanding of commercial real estate market dynamics and financial principles.
6. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders.
8. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
9. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
