OVERVIEW OF THE FINANCIAL ANALYST ROLE:
- Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for management
- Perform budgeting and forecasting activities
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and regulatory filings
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE FINANCIAL ANALYST:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in financial analysis or accounting roles
- Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
