Financial Analyst
Our client company is seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, developing financial models, and making recommendations to management based on the analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be highly organized, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze financial data and develop financial models to support decision-making
• Conduct financial forecasting and budgeting
• Prepare financial reports, including monthly and quarterly financial statements, and provide commentary on financial performance
• Monitor and analyze financial trends, market conditions, and industry benchmarks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and provide financial insights
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested by management
• Maintain knowledge of current accounting and financial regulations
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and forecasting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software systems
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial regulations

Work Model:

Compensation:
$75,000 - $85,000 annual salary
