Job Description & Duties Involved:

Required Education & Experience:

Process Purchase Requisitions /Purchase Orders /invoices for utilities for all Operating Companies including researching payment issues working with vendors (75+). Working closely with Accounts Payable, vendor maintenance to ensure vendors are setup correctly and payments are made in a timely manner.

Sypris reporting for global sustainability (22 reports).

Maintaining Purchase Order tracker for utilities.

Running budget reports to ensure funds are available to create Purchase Requisitions.

Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.

1-2 years of experience.

Financial Analyst or finance/accounting background.

Experience with processing Purchase orders, knowledge of budgeting, working closely with vendors, experience of SAP preferred or equivalent ERP system, intermediate excel skills, detail oriented, and ability to work independently.
